Do I really need an account?
No. You may do an "anonymous order", which is really a one time order with no account created. 

However establishing an account (registering) is quick and easy and offers many benefits:

- Comphensive management of your account details
- Quick check out on future orders
- Easy order tracking
- Ability to view your order status
- Use of wish list
- Special offers to account customers
- All purchases are totalled progressively and contribute towards "customer status" and loyalty discounts.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Santa Rosa Gardens ships all plants via UPS or Fedex. Because we are only human and can only package so many plants in a few days time, by the weekend we stop booking orders for the following week's shipping. When the cutoff is made, that week will no longer be an option in the shipping week selection list during checkout. You can pre-book your order as far in advance as you like. Some gardeners prefer to order fall plants early and get a confirmed ship date. Whatever your preference, we are here to answer any shipping questions you may have.

Shipping Schedule
In order for the quality plants that we grow to be the same quality plants that arrive at your door, we take extra care to arrange our shipping schedule to avoid excessive days in the box. UPS counts only work days (Monday - Friday) in their shipping cycle. They also do not count the day of shipping. Based on this, a plant could ship on Wednesday and arrive on Monday as a legitimate 3 Day shipment. This amounts to 6 days in the box . . . too long for plants under most conditions. At Santa Rosa Gardens, we ship all plants on Monday and Tuesday of each week, so that plant shipments will arrive by Friday with no weekend travel in the box. The result is a better plant arriving at your door.
