Plants: We guarantee that you will receive healthy vigorous plants that will transplant into your landscape successfully and prosper.
Within 1 year from shipment, if you feel your plant has failed you may:
(1) choose to have a plant replacement
(2) receive a refund for the cost of the plant
(within 90 days of shipment)
(3) receive a store credit for the cost of the plant
(beyond 90 days of shipment)
No gardener wants to lose plants, including our own growers here at Santa Rosa Gardens. Sometimes, however, despite our best gardening efforts, plants can die. We do not guarantee plant loss or damage caused by severe weather, animals or neglect, or plants sent to areas beyond their listed hardiness zones. Please check your hardiness zone before ordering.
Plant Claims
In the rare case you have a plant problem, it is not necessary to return plants that have failed.

Non-Plant Items: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days for a store credit or refund. We require that returned items be in the same condition as you received them. All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges.
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps to ensure proper credit:
- Call Customer Service Toll Free at 1-866-681-0856 prior to returning.
- Pack the item (in the original packaging, if possible). Please include the packing slip and note the reason for the return.
