If you want a sedum ground cover with dense green to blue-green evergreen foliage year around, then this is the one for you. Great for Rock Gardens or any area of your garden where there is good drainage. It can stand a lot of water but does not want to sit in a bog, and also displays dome drought tolerance. Bright yellow flowers form June to August. Sedum looks best in clusters, so plant a grouping of three or more.
Indoors or in greenhouse, grow tender species in a mix of 3 parts soil-based potting mix, 2 parts grit, and 1 part leaf mold, in full light, with good ventilation.
In the growing season, water moderately and apply a half-strength, balanced liquid fertilizer every month.
Water sparingly in winter.
Outdoors, grow in moderately fertile, well-drained, neutral to slightly alkaline soil in full sun.
