Salvia 'Black and Blue' is a tall and attractive plant that has an upright growth habit. This tender perennial exhibits exquisite color combinations—all on one plant. The bright green leaves contrast against the cobalt blue flowers. The buds and flower stems are vivid black which offset the flowers. A favorite of hummingbirds.
