Blooms profusely over a long period in early spring . Fragrant, white, star-shaped flowers with a pink stripe. A tough, durable, mat forming, creeping groundcover. Evergreen, pine needle-like foliage. Prefers a rich, well-drained soil in full sun and moderate fertilization. Avoid overhead watering if possible. Shear after blooming (no later than mid-August) to stimulate new growth. Considered deer resistant once mature.
