Description

A very attractive cultivar of ribbon grass. Green and white foliage; during cool seasons, its foliage will be blushed with pink. Stems are white as is the flower spike. Grows well in moist, wet conditions and in poorly drained soils. Grow in partial sun to full shade. Fast spreader. A vigorous grower, and considered deer resistant once established. Excellent for erosion control, and makes an excellent container plant. Tolerates sandy or rocky soil, even windy coastal conditions, as long as water is provided.

Excellent Condition January 4, 2008
Reviewer: Cynthia
I just received my order. Everything was perfectly packed and in excellent condition upon arrival. The plants are well rooted and very healthy. That is why I always check your website before ordering elsewhere! Santa Rosa has become my first choice. Thanks for the beautiful hosta. It was a nice suprise.

I have read some of the reviews on Dave's garden. Despite the opinion of some, the nets are the best packing strategy that I have seen yet. I have received plants from many mail order nurseries that are all broken and bent. The nets really seem to keep the plants intact. Thanks again
