that will thrive in your garden. While we cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by extreme
weather, neglect, or inappropriate climate zone (clearly indicated for
every variety), we DO guarantee your complete satisfaction with your plants. If your plant(s) fail to perform, no need to
return the plant(s). We will cheerfully provide you with:
Within 30 days of receiving your order - a replacement plant OR a refund of your purchase price (if the plant is unavailable).
Within 1 year of receiving your order - a store
credit for a replacement plant.

Proper care of liners beyond delivery is the responsibility of the
grower. Our liners are targeted for the horticultural industry:
Greenhouse Growers, Nurseries, Landscapers, Farmer's Markets and
experienced growers/gardeners. They are most suitable for potting up
pre-season and finishing into a larger plant prior to planting in the
landscape or for future finished sales. Liners planted directly into the
landscape would require additional care due to the smaller root size.
We do NOT guarantee the success of direct planting into the landscape using liner trays.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, return the item within 15 days for a store credit or refund.
We require that returned items be in the same condition as you
received them. If the item has been used and cannot be sold as new, we
may have to charge a 25% restocking fee.
All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges.

- Pack the item (in the original packaging, if possible)
- Please include the packing slip and note the reason for the return
