‘Petite Wonder’ is a dwarf version of beebalm, typically growing to only 9-10” tall with an oval to rounded habit. Tubular, two-lipped, light pink flowers are densely clustered atop stiff square stems clad with serrate, shiny, dark green leaves. It offers a long summer bloom period. Attractive to bees, butterflies and hummingbirds, particularly when massed. Flowers, stems and leaves are aromatic. Some monardas are commonly called beebalm in reference to a prior use of the leaves as a balm for bee stings. U. S. Plant Patent #13149 Common Name: Beebalm
