Very attractive, compact, fine textured, weeping foliage grows in clumps. Slender, frosted blue leaves appear almost irridescent, with ruffled or curly tips. Prefers average to dry, well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established. Does well in sun or shade. Useful in the rock garden, along paths, or used in mass at the front of the bed. Suitable for container growing. An occasional 'combing' to get rid of older leaves is all that is needed. Has been called '...a symphonic movement in pewter'. When allowed to spill over rocky slopes or walls, this variety creates the illusion of falling water.Common Name: Frosted Curls Sedge
