Was probably most disappointed with this plant in summer 2012. Despite the warning to lower expectations on first and second year performance, all the other Santa Rosa plants were doing so well...but there were additional little aster babies popping up by Sept/Oct. This year (just the second, mind you), there were more than 30 little asters by Apr 10. I divided them into three; each batch has more than eight asters, which are already 3"-4" across and 2"-3" in height. Can't wait to see the blooms.
